Gaurav Gupta - Managing Director
Gaurav has been associated with Kent Introl since 2003 and then with the acquisition of the company by Koso in 2005, he took charge as the Managing Director within a few years. With finance & management background, Gaurav is an ardent strategist with over 16 years’ experience with engineering companies and has been instrumental in the growth of Koso India as one of the biggest control valve company in India. In his current role as Managing Director, he is responsible for Koso India operations and Nihon Koso’s factories in Oman and Saudi; additionally he is responsible for marketing and promotion of Koso products in Indian subcontinent, Middle East and North America

Akalp Srivastava - Technical Director
Akalp is a Graduate mechanical Engineer and joined Koso India in 2013 as Technical Director. He has over 27 years of experience in engineering of various types of control valves including severe service valves and desuperheaters. He works closely with Koso Kentintrol, UK and Nihon Koso, Japan for the design & development of Chokes, Control Valves, Metal Seated Ball Valve and Severe service valves and is also involved in handling product development for various other value engineering projects.

Giri Kumar - Technical Director
Giri joined KOSO India in 2012 as Technical Director and is currently responsible for the design of Severe Service VeCTorTM valves and KOSO Japan range of Control Valves which include selection, design developments and release for manufacture. Giri is a qualified Mechanical Engineering & MBA and Certified Six Sigma Green belt. He has extensive valve design and manufacturing expertise, such as Severe Service DRAG®, VLB valves, Desuperheaters, Conventional Forged steel, Cast steel, Ball valves and Large Butterfly valves.

Sanjay Patil - QC Sr.Manager
Sanjay is a graduate chemical engineer and joined Koso in year 2000. Sanjay's remit is to assure the quality and integrity of Koso products and processes by establishing, developing and enforcing quality standards, materials and product verification across the business. He is a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, member of NACE, qualified NACE Level II coating inspector & various NDT qualifications. He is responsible for Koso compliance with ISO 9001, ISO TS 29001, API Q1, ISO 14001 standards and relevant European directives, such as PED 97/23/EC and ATEX, also responsible for meeting customer-specified standards and requirements for individual projects, materials testing, the implementation of the quality plan, auditing and monitoring suppliers, through to certification.

Raghu Kotha - Director Sales & Marketing
Raghu is a Post Graduate Electrical Engineer with over 30 years for experience with valve companies like ILP, IMI CCI. He was involved in many key functions including Design, Purchase, Manufacturing, Project Management and Sales & Marketing. His uniqueness is in his versatility of having worked across all domains in valve industry throughout his career. His hands on experience in both Government undertaking and Private organizations creates an exceptional blend to meet and exceed the expectations of customers. Raghu started his tenure with Koso India in 2017 as Director Sales & Marketing and handles the Indian sub-continent.

Pramod Maharshi - DGM-QA
Pramod is a graduate mechanical engineers and qualified Lead auditor of ISO 9001 & API Spec Q 1 with overall 23 years industrial experience in Quality. Pramod ‘S core competency is to implement, monitor and maintain various international accreditations like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001, API Spec Q1, API 6A, API 6D, EU directive PED 2016/68/EU, ISO 3834, NDT and other customized requirement in the organization. He is responsible to identify customers’ requirements and release ITP, Procedures and other customer’s specific documents for manufacturing. Pramod is responsible to evaluate suppliers on the basis of their competency and capability to supply products and services as per KOSO’s defined requirements. He is also responsible to drive improvement through various means like internal audits, corrective & preventive actions, Kaizen, 5 ‘S’ etc throughout organization.
